We guarantee a 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., DDoS attacks, network failures) may affect uptime and are not covered by this guarantee.

6. Payments & Renewals

• Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your subscription.

• Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Refund Policy
